Zero File Uploads: ToolsHub is designed so that your files, codes, inputs, and documents never touch our servers. Processing occurs entirely in your browser.

1. Browser-Local (Client-Side) Processing

Unlike standard utility portals that upload files to cloud servers to compress, convert, or parse them, ToolsHub operates on a **100% client-side** architecture. When you upload a PDF to merge, a JPEG to compress, or a password to generate:

  • The action is executed locally in your browser sandbox using HTML5 File APIs and JavaScript engine compilers.
  • No file data is uploaded to our servers, hosted, or cached remotely.
  • Your source files never travel over the network, ensuring absolute protection from data interception.

2. No Data Collection or Logging

We do not maintain user accounts, profiles, database credentials, or logging systems. Because we do not upload your documents:

  • We cannot view, share, sell, or inspect the content of your documents.
  • We do not record the inputs, parameters, or outputs of the calculations you perform.
  • We do not log transaction histories or user activities.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

ToolsHub does not use cookies for tracking or user profiling. We utilize standard browser **LocalStorage** strictly to preserve your customized settings:

  • `toolshub_bookmarks`: Stored to save the list of your favorite tools for quick dashboard access.
  • `toolshub_theme`: Stored to remember your theme preference (Dark or Light mode).

This data remains localized on your hard drive and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

4. Traffic Analytics

We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to monitor high-level website traffic metrics (such as page views, device types, and geographic regions). This script does not collect any document contents, keys, passwords, or personal inputs. It collects anonymized network parameters to help us optimize page layout performance for our mobile users.

5. Third-Party Services

Some of our visual features may load scripts from reliable Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like FontAwesome or Google Fonts to render design assets. These CDNs do not have access to any files or processing actions executed inside our tools.

6. Contact & Support

If you choose to contact us via the contact form on `contact.html`, we will receive the email address and message content you provide. We use this information strictly to resolve your query and never share your contact details for marketing purposes.
